Nice Guys Finish Last is the third single from Cobra Starship's third album, Hot Mess, released on August 11, 2009. The album is the follow up to 2007's ¡Viva La Cobra!. The album debut at #4 on the Billboard 200 albums chart on sales of more than 42,000, by far their best chart performance ever.
