The battles left us with some questionable decisions but in the end, only 4 acts remained on each team. During the next stage, two contestants from each team will perform, with one of them being sent home. It's basically a battles redux. The judges will be given a 100 points to split, 60 for who they thought was the best and 40 for the other. Then the public will vote, also splitting 100 points between the 2 contestants. The winner will advance to the semi-final. This is The Voice!

Recap after the JUMP ...

"Black Horse And The Cherry Tree" (KT Tunstall) - 6,5/10 - I don't see much improvement here, in fact, I liked her audition a lot more. Everything that I liked about her seems to be gone tonight. I don't know if it's the song choice or the nerves but her vulnerable husky tone wasn't present. She showed some attitude which I thought was missing in her previous performances and the ending was great, so I'll give her that. I don't expect her to survive unfortunately and it's a shame, cause there was real potential with her. Song choice is key and this was not a good decision. - VIDEO

"Billie Jean" (Michael Jackson) - 8/10 - After two unimpressive performances, Christoffer has finally redeemed himself. This was a fantastic pick for him and despite I've heard this song arranged this way quite a few times, it gave him the chance to show his softer side, something we haven't seen him do before. His tone is amazing and I just see this now cause it wasn't as noticeable during his intense audition. It was a very intimate and subtle rendition but he needs to pick better songs cause he's being predictable thus far. This guaranteed him a place in the semis though. - VIDEO

Kamille Bjerregård Schjøter

"New York" (Paloma Faith) - 8/10 - I really love this song but unfortunately, Kamille doesn't have the right type of voice to tackle this Paloma Faith tune. She still did great with it, mainly because her voice is so beautifully original but some of that originality was taken away by this song. It didn't allow her to hit some of the phenomenal notes she hit during her audition and because of that, it left me a little disappointed. She'll survive though but she needs to step up her game if she still wants to win this. - VIDEO

"Another Way In Paradise" (Phil Collins) - 7/10 - Admittedly, I said I didn't like either Susan's audition or battle but looking back at them, I actually think she's a very interesting singer. I've not seen someone like her before and her voice and the way she sings are quite unique. She may not be the best singer but for some reason I'm drawn to her. I loved the arrangement of this song but I don't think it was the best choice for her voice. She sounded ok with it but with a different song she could've been better. Either way, she has no chance against Kamille. - VIDEO

Johannes Hübertz

"En Sang Om Kærlighed" (Tue West) - 8/10 - Great performance, he finally sang a song on his range and it showed because his voice wasn't off tune a single time. I loved the way he sounded on it, he wasn't strained and his raspy tone was outstanding. That ending was brilliant, the best his voice has sounded for sure. On the not so good side, his moustache looks creepy but that's just a random comment. - VIDEO

Anders Gøttsch

"All Night Long" (Lionel Richie) - 4/10 - This is seriously a shockingly awful song choice. Why did LOC think this was a good decision is beyond me. Anders's audition was quite great but tonight he was borderline karaoke. The performance was old fashioned and his voice wasn't interesting at all. He looked like an amateur and compared to Johannes's fantastic delivery, he looked like the opening act at a shitty bar. - VIDEO

Søs Haals

"Feel" (Robbie Williams) - 7,5/10 - This is one of the few songs I like from Robbie. It's amazing how good it works with Søs's high pitched voice although there's no interesting tone to her voice, she's really a great performer. Oh look, she's got to sing with Robbie himself. That must have pissed some of her fellow contestants. They've got great chemistry together and she didn't let singing - and dancing! - with Robbie intimidate her. Cool duo. - VIDEO

Christian Krogh Sørensen

"Standing In The Dark" (Lawson) - 8,5/10 - Wow! I'm incredibly surprised by this! I thought he was bland during the blind auditions and this performance proves what a good song choice can do. His falsetto sounded wonderful and he was miles more interesting than he's ever been. He lacks some stage presence but his vocals were pretty spectacular, if he can work on that, he could be Lene's final act.  - VIDEO
